At ICON IMPERELLE, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through ICON IMPERELLE are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To Request an Exchange

Please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Damage must have occurred during shipping or transit
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor color or appearance differences caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Damage caused after delivery or through improper use
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
